The Book Club is £14.99 per month, including postage.

There is no minimum subscription period.

We reveal the following month's book during the last week of the month before, on our Book Club Hub page.

If you don't want to receive that book, you need to skip your box before your renewal date.

Yes! Members can vote for upcoming Book Club reads.

The book vote is usually published around the middle of the month before. You'll find the latest vote on the Book Club Hub.

Head to the Book Club Hub page on our website. This is where you'll find:

• The WhatsApp group invite
• Links to join our online meetings
• The date of the next meeting
• Information about upcoming events
• The monthly book vote
• Access to the members' discounted shop

The book vote is usually published around the middle of the month before.

When you join, the person who created the account will automatically receive an email containing the Book Club Hub link and password.

If you can't see the email, please check your junk or spam folder, or check with the person who gifted you the subscription.

Our online meetings are normally held during the first or second week of each month.

Yes! When possible, we host live online Q&As with the authors of our Book Club picks.

Yes! You can skip one month at a time.

Once you've skipped a month, your subscription will automatically renew as normal for the following month, and you'll be charged for your next box. If you then want to skip another month, you can do this again after your subscription has renewed.

Please make sure you skip your box before your next payment/renewal date.

For example: If your payment date is 30th August and you don't want to receive September's book, you'll need to skip your September box by 29th August. Your subscription will then renew and you'll be charged as normal on 30th September for your October box.

For existing members only – if you are a brand-new member and haven't received your first box yet, please check the next question below.

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to Subscriptions.
3. Find The Book Club and click Manage.
4. Under "Need A Break?", click Skip.
5. Select the next month's date – this will be your next renewal/payment date.

You can only skip one month at a time.

If you are a new member, you have already paid for your first box when you signed up, so do not use the skip option if you want to skip that box.

The system skips the next payment and order. This means skipping after your first payment will skip your second box, not your first.

If you've already paid for your first box but already have the book or don't want to receive it, please email us and we'll try our best to help.

Your membership includes more than your monthly book. It also gives you access to our Book Club community, online meetings, book votes, discounts and other member benefits.

To keep this fair for everyone, you need to remain a paying member to access these benefits, so we only allow one skip at a time.

You can skip the month if you still have your monthly skip available.

If you've already used your skip, email us and we can arrange an alternative surprise book from the same genre instead.

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to Subscriptions.
3. Find The Book Club and click Manage.
4. Scroll to the very bottom.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.

Please cancel before your next renewal date.

Any orders that have already been paid for will still be sent.

Yes. You can rejoin The Book Club whenever you'd like, but you will rejoin at the current price shown on our website.

If you previously had a cheaper Founding Member price, this price will not be retained when you rejoin.

Book Club boxes are dispatched at the beginning of each month using tracked 48-hour delivery.

We're only a 2-person team, so it does take us some time to get them all sent out to you. However, if you haven't received your book by the 14th of the month, please drop us an email.

Yes! When your box is dispatched, you'll receive an email from us to let you know, as well as a separate email directly from Royal Mail with your tracking link.

If you've received your box and would like to return it for any reason, please drop us an email within 14 days.

The full contents of the box will need to be returned to us in brand-new and unused condition. You will be responsible for the return postage to us.

We'll then issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Drop us an email as soon as you've received your box, with photos of the damage where possible, and we'll try our best to help resolve this for you and offer a replacement.
