All of our subscription boxes have free UK shipping included.
The first box for any new subscriptions will be dispatched within 5 working days via 2-day delivery.
- All other items from our shop:
All other items will be dispatched within 5 working days from time of order.
Please allow 2-7 working days for your box to reach you after dispatch.
What happens if I’m not in for delivery:
Almost all of our products are too big to fit through a generic letterbox so if you aren’t in at the time of delivery the postal provider will likely leave a card to let you know if they have left your box with a neighbour, left in a safe place, or taken to your local depot.
Boxes are typically held for 18 days before being returned to sender. If for any reason the box is returned to us, you can contact us and ask for it to be redelivered, but you will need to pay an additional £5 admin and redelivery charge.

Covid-19 and delays
Due to the current situation, we are unfortunately experiencing some supplier and delivery delays. We are a very small independent business so sometimes delays can be made due to unforseen situations. However, we do try our best to dispatch all of our subscription boxes on the 20th of each month, and all one-off book box orders with 5 working days, but please allow a little longer for your box to reach you.
How do I cancel my book subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your online account. You can also send an email to email@example.com and we can cancel your subscription for you.
Can I return my book box?
If for any reason you need to return your book box please contact us within 14 days of the item being received at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be aware that we cannot refund the cost of the original shipping of the box (£3) and return postage will be at your own expense.
All items that are returned to us must be in the original packaging and not used with all the original contents.
I have received something damaged in my book box:
In the rare event that an item in your book box, or another one off gift is faulty, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item at email@example.com and give details/photos of the faulty items. Please note, due to the nature of the books being saved from landfill there may be some very slight wear and tear to books, and there may be some slight wear and tear to other items due to storage and transport that will not be considered faulty. But anything we deem to not be a reasonable fault/damage will be either refunded or a replacement sent.
