SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping details:
Everything on our website has free UK shipping. One off book boxes will be dispatched within 5 working days, and our subscription boxes will be dispatched on or after the 20th of each month. Please allow 2-7 working days for your box to reach you after dispatch.
We now offer shipping to most European countries for a flat rate postage charge of £8. This is via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery and can take up to 5 working days for your box to reach you after dispatch.
What happens if I’m not in for delivery:
Most of our book boxes are too big to fit through a generic letterbox so if you aren’t in at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know if they have left your box with a neighbour or taken to your local depot.
Boxes are held for 18 days before being returned to sender. If for any reason the box is returned to us, you can contact us and ask for it to be redelivered, but you will need to pay an additional £3 delivery charge.
Covid-19 and delays
Due to the current situation, we are unfortunately experiencing some supplier and delivery delays. We do aim to dispatch all one-off book box orders with 5 working days, and all subscription boxes after the 20th of each month, however, please allow a little longer for your box to reach you.
How do I cancel my book subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your online account. You can also send an email to happilyeverafterbookbox@outlook.com and we can cancel your subscription for you.
Can I return my book box?
If for any reason you need to return your book box please contact us within 14 days of the item being received at happilyeverafterbookbox@outlook.com
Please be aware that we cannot refund the cost of the original shipping of the box (£3) and return postage will be at your own expense.
All items that are returned to us must be in the original packaging and not used with all the original contents.
I have received something damaged in my book box:
In the rare event that an item in your book box is faulty, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item at happilyeverafterbookbox@outlook.com and give details/photos of the faulty items. There may be some slight wear and tear to books and items due to storage and transport that will not be considered faulty. But anything we deem to not be a reasonable fault/damage will be either refunded or a replacement sent.
